This service includes managing clients email inbox,ensuring each received email is answered and attended to within a timely manner (agreed upon timing usually 12 to 24 hours). Also inbox will be organized and managed by service provider on a daily bases and emails with pressing issues that requires client to respond right away will be flagged. Spam emails will be deleted and or blocked. Responses to general email requests and/or inquiries will be responded to by service provider.This service is provided on a monthly basis and emails with be checked daily starting from every hour to once per day.
